Main Content

The Zoology program offers B.A., B.S.,P.S.M., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees for students interested in the scientific study of animals. The faculty maintains expertise in ecology and ecosystem studiesgenetics, evolution and population biology; fisheries biology and aquacultureenvironmental toxicology; and wildlife ecology and management. In collaboration with other life-science programs at SIUC, Zoology staff and students engage in interdisciplinary scholarship and training activities that extend from molecular to ecosystem levels.
