Scholarships and Awards
- Florence and Charles Foote Outstanding Teaching Assistant in Zoology — Certificate and monetary award. Presented to the teaching assistant who has demonstrated the most outstanding performance during the current academic year.
- Richard E. Blackwelder Award in Zoology — Certificate and Book of Recipients choice. Presented to a graduate or undergraduate student for unusual accomplishments in any one or more capacities of scholarship, research, and teaching.
- Carter-Kenney Endowed Scholarship — Certificate and monetary award. Awarded to a junior, senior or graduate student majoring in Zoology with an interest in Wildlife or Fisheries Biology who has the potential to make a significant contribution to the field.
- Richard R. Kudo Memorial Award in Zoology — Certificate and monetary award. Awarded to graduate students for an outstanding thesis or dissertation.
- Hilda Stein Scholarship — Certificate and monetary award. Awarded to an outstanding student (graduate or undergraduate) pursing an interest in ornithology and/or conservation biology.
- Jan Martan Non-Traditional Student Award in Zoology — Certificate and monetary award. Presented to a non-traditional zoology student (undergraduate or graduate) in recognition of dedication, hard work and career potential.
